What we do in each service
- In Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we review and strengthen the configuration: two-factor authentication, access policies, email protection and control of the devices that connect.

We do it within 1 week of receiving administrator access.
For backup and continuity, we make immutable backups, which cannot be modified or deleted during the set period, and a recovery plan with times measured in real tests. Implementation takes 2 weeks.
For security awareness, we give your staff practical training and simulate phishing emails to measure who clicks and reinforce where needed. The initial campaign is up and running in 2 weeks. No service guarantees there will be no incidents: they reduce the risk and leave you better prepared to recover.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: the price depends on the number of users and domains.
- Backups: the price depends on the volume of data and the systems being backed up. It is a monthly fee with no minimum term.
- Security awareness: workforces of more than 50 employees are quoted separately.
- The prices we show do not include VAT (21%).

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security is for companies that work on these platforms and haven't reviewed their security configuration since they first set them up.
Backup and continuity suits companies that depend on their files, their management software or their email to work every day.
Security awareness is for companies where a large part of the staff work with email and with payments or customer data. These are some common reasons to call us:
- Not all users have two-factor authentication turned on.
- You have backups, but you've never tried restoring from them.
- Your backups are on a disk connected to the same network as your computers.
- You've received fake emails pretending to come from a supplier or from management.
What goes in each service
Training and email filters are different things.
Technical filters are not part of security awareness: they belong to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security, which includes protecting email against phishing and malicious attachments.
If you already have backups, what matters is being able to recover.
We test your current backups and tell you whether they work, how long recovery would take and what's missing.

Investigating an attack is not part of this service: that falls under incident response.
When we finish the work in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we give you a document setting out each change and how to maintain it, for your team or your IT provider.
Microsoft or Google licences are not included.
